sweet baby lettuces is a food project by Rilka Noel in partnership with her favorite designer and friend, Angelyn Cabrales. 

Issue 1, releasing in Summer 2023, is a zine that features original recipes by Rilka Noel, Angelyn Cabrales, Marie Noel, Chris Noel, Lola Jacobs, Alexis Barnett, Leighton McDonald; interviews with Kim D’Aria, Kofi Thomas; features by Henry Hargreaves, Gabriel Morgan, Celeste Scollan, Yuwei Tu; illustrations by Danielle Janks, Angelyn Cabrales, Rilka Noel.
